Vulcanization depends on temperature, pressure and time .It has to take some time to complete the vulcanizing process. The duration of vulcanization depends on the temperature of the vulcanization, the materials formula and the thickness of the vulcanizing part.
Vulcanizing temperature directly affects the vulcanization speed and product quality:
High vulcanizing temperature,Then vulcanizing speed will be fast and production efficiency will be high . But it will cause the crack of rubber molecular chain if the temperature is too high , The physical and mechanical properties of vulcanized rubber are decreased .
However ,It is easy to generate more polysulfide cross-linking bonds if the vulcanizing temperature is relatively low and Vulcanizing speed is relatively slow.
The formula of the unified materials , Adopts long time vulcanization with low temperature , Which will cause the tensile strength higher than the high temperature and short time vulcanization strength.
2, The relationship between vulcanized time and thickness is under the condition of normal vulcanization, If it’s the one side heating ,The Vulcanized time will increase 12 minutes when add every 1mm, If it’s the both side heating, The vulcanized time will increase 5minutes when add every 1mm.
